The leader of a narcissist regime seizes control of a target’s mind and merges it into a system which serves their grandiosity. Regardless of whether it is a relationship, a family, a group of friends, a company or a movement, the idea is the same — the members’ individuality is systematically erased while their vitality and resources are devoured as narcissistic supply. The members of a narcissist regime are cogs in a machine which pushes power up the hierarchy for the narcissist to claim, and pushes down shame for the lower-ranked members to collect.

A narcissist regime is a place where souls wither. It preys on the vulnerable, capitalising on the unresolved splits and weak boundaries of its members. It is a never-ending nightmare which keeps repeating in different forms; until you become aware and make a conscious effort to break free.
